Welcome to The Decor Room. We are dedicated to delivering premium, high-quality home decor straight to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

📍 Shipping Destinations (Canada Only)

We currently only ship within Canada.
International shipping is not available at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside of Canada will be automatically canceled and refunded.

⏱️ Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
High-value or fragile items undergo strict quality checks during this period before being securely packed.
You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with reliable Canadian couriers (such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure your luxury decor items arrive safely. Delivery times depend on your location:

Note: Delivery to remote locations, northern communities, or specific territories (e.g., Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) may take slightly longer.

📦 Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's system.

🛡️ Damages & Transit Issues

Since we deal with high-price and luxury items, all our shipments are insured. If your premium decor item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
